摘要
采用数理统计方法,研究分析了转炉炼钢工艺因素对80Al钢脱氧合金化过程中Mn元素回收率的影响。结果表明,在现行生产工艺条件下,提高终点碳含量,降低出钢温度、渣中(%FeO)含量和出钢下渣量,合理控制出钢流钢时间,有利于提高Mn元素的回收率。
This article, by means of maths statistics, researches and analyses the effect of steel-making technique in converter on the manganese recovery ratio in the course of 80Al steel deoxidation alloyed. The result indicates that it is conducive to enhance the manganese recovery ratio by increasing the carbon content at the finishing-spot, decreasing the tapping temperature,FeO content in slag, roughing slag in tapping, properly controling tapping time under the current processing conditions.
