磁场热处理后多晶Ni_2 MnGa铁磁形状记忆合金组织的变化 被引量:2

MICROSTRUCTURAL VARIATION OF A POLYCRYSTALLINE Ni_2MnGa ALLOY BY MAGNETIC HEAT TREATMENT

摘要 采用定量金相、X射线衍射等手段 ,研究了在恒定磁场下加热到高于Tc 或Af 温度保温 30min后水淬或空冷对多晶Ni2 MnGa组织的影响。结果表明 ,在相同的热处理工艺下 ,外加磁场均能促进马氏体相的形成。同时 ,磁场热处理使马氏体孪晶变体的位向分布发生明显改变 ,产生不同程度的择优排列 (磁织构 )。在经过优化的工艺条件下磁场热处理能使多晶Ni2 MnGa的磁驱动形状回复应变得以提高。 By using quantitative metallography and X ray diffraction, the variation in the microstructure of polycrystalline Ni 2MnGa alloy was investigated upon various heat treatments in a static magnetic field. The results show that under same procedure of the heat treatment the external field can promote the formation of martensite and create, to some extent, a preferential orientation of twin variants, i.e. magnetic texture. It is understandable why the magnetically driven strain can be enhanced by magnetic heat treatment.
