挂接三相逆变器的直流电网共模传导干扰研究 被引量:25

摘要 研究了直流电网挂接一个三相逆变器的共模传导干扰问题,通过研究共模传导干扰的传播途径,得到一个新的共模传导干扰频域等效电路,并提出一个由逆变器中电力电子开关产生的共模干扰源,利用实验得到的电机及有关器件的频域阻抗特性,对直流电网挂接一个逆变器的在0~150kHz频段的共模传导干扰进行了计算研究,与实验结果比较基本一致,证明文中提出的共模传导干扰频域等效电路及干扰源的正确性,并给出了挂接一个三相逆变器的直流电网共模传导干扰的特征。 In this paper, common-mode conducted electromagnetic interference (CM EMI) of DC power supply with a 3-phase inverter is researched. Based on the study of CM EMI spreading paths, a new CM EMI frequency-domain equivalent circuit is presented, and a CM EMI source generated by power electronic switches is also studied. By using the measured frequency-domain impedance characteristic of motor and devices in experiment, CM EMI of the DC power supply system with a 3-phase inverter is studied between OHz and 150kHz. The result is agreed with experiment results. Therefore, the CM EMI frequency-domain equivalent circuit and CM EMI source proposed in paper are valid. Besides, some CM EMI characteristics of the system are given.
