摘要
企业融资结构的变化与资本市场的发展紧密相连 ,作者沿着这条轨迹简单地阐述了中国资本市场的形成和发展过程 ,指出了中国资本市场在发展过程中存在的问题以及由此而导致的我国资本市场现存的诸多缺陷 ,并提出了中国资本市场的规范化发展的几点建议。
The movement of the enterprises' financing structure is joined tightly with the development of capital market.Along with this track,this article states the formation and development of China' capital market in a simple way.Based on it,it points out the problems which exist in the development process of China' capital market,and the disfigurements which now exists in the capital market because of these problems.Finally,it brings forward several advices on the standardization development of capital market.
