摘要
介绍了上海电网 AGC和电厂协调控制系统的结构 ,指出石洞口二厂在 AGC系统投运过程中存在的主要问题 ,是机组负荷响应滞后于负荷指令时间较长 ,并产生一定的过调。提出了相应的改进措施 ,如 :提高主设备可靠性及主要辅机完好程度、修改控制逻辑等 。
The structure of AGC in Shanghai Power Grid and CCS in the power plant are described. The main problem during AGC system operation in Shidongkou No.2 Power Plant is the time lag is too long between load command and load response, thus produces a certain over regulation and corresponding improving measures such as enhancement of the reliabity of main equipments and auxilliaries and revision of controlling logic are needed to improve the regulating quality of CCS.
