摘要
阐述了住宅小区智能化的内涵及其功能特征 ,分析了智能小区的发展趋势 。
The connotation and functions of intelligence building in residential community were commented.The development tendency analyzed,and the potential problems,including technology standards,positioning,prospective dlients and personnel training were pointed out.
