摘要
随机调查合肥地区省级、市级、县级医院各一家共计653名出院病人的医疗费用及其对医疗费用水平和结构的心理预期。省、市、县级医院调查病人分别为256人、210人、187人,其中男性340人(52.07%),女性313(47.93%);来自县城及以上城市病人312人(47.78%),乡镇及农村341人(52.22%);≥60岁130人(19.91%);5种费用在总费用中所占的比例为药费49.47%、检查费11.39%、治疗费15.69%、手术费8.90%、其他费用14.55%。结果显示住院费用过高及其结构不合理的现象是客观存在的。调查表明性别、城乡别、年龄别等是影响医院出院病人住院费用的基本因素,这些因素共同发挥作用,显性与否要视具体情况而定。
The study aims at investigating patients'actual and expected expend itures on inpatient care at hospitals in Hefei City.Three hospitals of provi nc e,city and county level respectively w ere selected as study sites.The stud y involved a total of 653inpatients consisting o f 340(52.07%)male and 313(47.93%)female.The number of patients selected from the provi nce,city and county level hospital respectively was 256,210and 187.O f these patients,312(47.78%)came from county towns of larger cities and the remaining 341(52.22%),from townships or rural areas.Patie n ts who were 60years old or over accounted for 130(19.91%).Main con tributors to total hospita lization expenditure were drugs (49.47%),aux iliary examinations or tests(11.39%),treatment (15.69%),surger y(8.90%)and others(14.55%).There are indications thar hospitali zation expenditure i s too high and distribution of the exp enditure is irration al.The study su ggests that patient 's gender ,place of living and age etc.A re all re lated to hospital expenditure.Each of these factors influences each o th er and makes more or less contributions to t otal hospital expenditure depend in g on specific situations.
