摘要
禽流感 ( Avian Influenza,AI)是严重危害畜牧业和人类健康的一种传染性疾病 ,该病以引起禽类的呼吸系统以及全身性败血症为特征。多年来在世界上许多国家和地区都发生过此病 ,危害严重 ,经济损失巨大。世界各国都非常重视 ,对其进行了大量研究工作。现在从基因组、毒力及其变异、病毒蛋白、基因疫苗等角度对禽流感病毒的分子生物学研究进行综述。
Avian Influenza is a infectious disease which can threat animal husbandry and human health seriously.The disease mainly violates the respiratory system and even septicaemia of all body.Today, it takes place in many nations and regions in the world. In the end of 1997,Hong Kong first time had avian influenza that infected human and caused the death of 5 people.Because of this reason,we must take strict precautions against this disease spreading to prevent seriously loss of human bing and economiy.So International hygiene organization and international community pay high degree attention to it.It also suggested our country to take some measures to prevent the disease.
