摘要
目的 探讨低水平铅暴露对学龄前儿童CD+ 4CD+ 8双阳性T淋巴细胞的影响。方法 用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对 2 17名学龄前儿童进行血铅浓度检查 ,并在此基础上用流式细胞仪检测不同血铅水平对学龄前儿童淋巴细胞免疫表型CD+ 4CD+ 8、CD+ 4、CD+ 8的影响。结果 高铅组 (血铅≥ 0 483μmol/L)学龄前儿童CD+ 4CD+ 8、CD+ 4、CD+ 4/CD+ 8与低铅组 (血铅 <0 483μmol/L)比较显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ;而CD+ 8细胞显著升高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 低水平铅暴露对学龄前儿童CD+ 4CD+ 8、CD+ 4、CD+
Objective To study the effect of lead exposure on T lymphocyte subset of CD + 4,CD + 8in preschool children.Methods The blood lead levels of 217 pre school children were measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry and lymphocyte immunophenotype cells were also analysed by flow cytometer.Results CD + 4CD + 8,CD + 4,CD + 4/CD + 8 were significantly lower in the children with higher blood lead level(≥0 483 μmol/L)(P<0 05),while CD + 8cells were significantly increased(P<0 05)as compared with those with lower blood lead levels children.Conclusion Low level lead exposure could cause adverse effect on T lymphocyte subset in children.
