摘要
通过对劳动力要素流动问题的分析 ,试图找到劳动力流动原因以及流动意义的理论解释 ,从而将这一理论应用于实践中 ,为国际劳动力流动及区域劳动力流动的政策实践提出建议。
The paper studies why labor force flows with the flow of labor elements and the theoretical explanation is involved. Moreover, it trys to put the theory into practice in order to give some good advice to international labor force flow and local labor force flow.
