摘要
建立了轴径向床的二维流动模型和二维流动拟均相反应器模型,模拟和分析了30kt/a乙苯脱氢轴径向反应器的流场、温度场和浓度场,总结了抚顺石化公司30kt/a苯乙烯装置,应用多批不同型号的催化剂的使用效果。工业实践表明乙苯脱氢轴径向反应器的开发是成功的。
Styrene is an important feedstock of petrochemicals produced mainly by catalytic dehydrogenation.The axial-radial flow reactor is a novel catalytic reactor and was applied to ethyl benzene dehydrogenation.Two dimensional hydrodynamic model and two dimensional flow-quasi-homogenous reactor model were built and applied to simulate and analyze the flow field,concentration field and temperature field of the reactor.The application of different catalysts to the 30 kt/a styrene plant of Fushun Petrochemical Company are summarized.Long term commercial test indicates that the development of the axial-radial reactor for ethyl benzene dehydrogenation is successful.
