白内障患者术后F-VEP、F-ERG检查预测中心视力的评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的 评估 F- VEP和 F- ERG在白内障患者超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后中心视力预测中的价值。方法 对10 6 2眼白内障患者术前使用国产泰克公司 TGS- 15 0型眼电生理仪分别行 F- VEP和 F- ERG检查 ,比较分析单纯 F-VEP异常、F- ERG异常、F- VEP和 F- ERG均异常或正常的白内障术后中心视力情况。结果 二项指标结果均正常者976眼 ,其中术后中心视力≥ 0 .8者 92 0眼 ( 94.42 % ) ,≤ 0 .3者 78眼 ( 7.99% ) ;F- VEP异常者 45眼 ,术后中心视力≤ 0 .3者 6眼 ( 13.3% ) ;F- ERG异常者 33眼 ,术后中心视力≤ 0 .3者 16眼 ( 48.5 % ) ;二项指标均异常者 8眼 ,术后中心视力≤0 .3者 5眼 ( 6 2 .5 % )。结论  F- VEP和 F- ERG对白内障术后的视功能预测有客观性和有效性 ,在本研究中 F- ERG对预测白内障术后中心视力有一定价值。 ObjectiveTo evaluate visual electrophysiological test in central visual acuity prediction in cataract cases.MethodsA total of 1 062 cataract eyes were examined by TGS-150 visual electrophysiological instrument before the operation . F-VEP and F-ERG were recorded respectively according to ISCVE standard, and compared the central visual acuity after operation among the patients who were only abnormal in F-VEP or F-ERG ,and normal or abnormal in either. ResultsAfter operation the central visual acuities in 976 eyes with normal F-VEP and F-ERG were ≥0.8 in 920 eyes (94.42%) and ≤0.3 in 78 eyes (7.99%);There were 6 eyes(13.3%)≤0.3 in 45 eyes with abnormal F-VEP, and 16 eyes(48.5%)in 33 eyes with abnormal F-ERG , and 5 eyes(62.5%)in 8 eyes with abnormal F-VEP and F-ERG.ConclusionIt's objective and effective on visual electrophysiological test in visual acuity prediction after cataract operation, meanwhile F-ERG is more sensitive comparatively.
