摘要
目的 :了解雄黄体外抗肿瘤的细胞谱。方法 :采用MTT法测定细胞的活力 ,利用流式细胞仪测定细胞周期、AnnexinⅤ和bcl 2的表达。结果 :雄黄体外对Raji细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用 ,对细胞周期的影响表现为G2 /M期的阻滞 ,AnnexinⅤ阳性的凋亡细胞明显增加 ,并且可使bcl 2的表达下调。结论
Objective:To study the realgar induced Raji cell apoptosis in vitro. Method: The viability of Raji cells was determined by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay. The cell cycle, Annexin Ⅴ,bcl 2 expression was measured by flow cytometer. Result: Realgar could significantly inhibit the proliferation of Raji cells, and lead to the blockage of G 2/M cycle,antagonize the increment of Annexin Ⅴ positive cells and the down regulation of bcl 2 expression in vitro. Conclusion: Realgar can induce the apoptosis of Raji cells.
