摘要
目的 观察酸枣仁总皂甙对原发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)的降压作用。方法 应用 10只SHRs,采用 2个 5×5拉丁方设计 ,分别于灌胃后 0 .5、1.5、3 .5、7.5h以及再次给药后 4h用间接测压法测量清醒SHR尾动脉血压。结果 不同剂量的酸枣仁总皂甙水溶液对SHR血压均有明显的降低作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,但不同剂量间作用差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。
Objective To investigate the hypotensive effect of jujuboside on spontaneous hypertension rats (SHR). Methods We carried out an experiment with two 5×5 Latin Square Methods. We indirectly measured tail artery blood pressure of the waking SHRs at 0.5?h, 1.5?h, 3.5?h, and 7.5?h and another 4?h after giving SHRs jujuboside by gavage again, respectively. Results The experiment showed that jujuboside had a significant effect on reducing artery blood pressure. But different doses had no significant different effects on reducing artery blood pressure. Conclusion Jujuboside has a remarkable hypotensive effect.
