摘要
本文全面评述了新一代软磁材料—超微晶合金的发展现状。新合金发明至今虽仅3~4年时间,但与晶态和非晶态软磁合金一样,按成分可分为 Fe 基、Ni 基、Co 基3类合金:按性能也有高初始磁导率型,高饱和磁感强度型、高频低损耗型,高矩形比型以及低剩磁恒导磁型等五大类,文中列出了各类性能所达水平及对比。文中指出新合金的组成可分为3部分。新合金软磁性能之所以优良也是因为合会的磁致伸缩(λ_s)和各向异性〈K〉小之故,但λ_s 小是与晶化相的成份、结构和数量有关,而〈K〉小是与随机取向的超微晶尺寸效应有关。最后指出了尚须深入研究的6大问题,并认为从迄今发表的性能数据来看,新合金是比晶态和非晶态合金综合性能更好、价更廉,更稳定的高导磁低损耗材料。
An overall review of recent advances in new soft magnetic materials——ultrafine crystalline allo- ys has been given.Although these alloys have been invented only 3~4 years,many types were available ——Fe-,Ni- Co- base alloy(according to Com- position);or,high (?)initial permeability,high satu- ration induction,low losses at high frequencies, high rectangle ratio and low remanence constant permeability type alloy.(according to different pro- perties)The levels of various properties as well as a comparision of the properties of these groups have been given.The smoller magnetostriction(λ) and effictive average anisotropy〈K〉have been cons- idered to be the reasons for the excellent soft ma- gnetic properties of the new alloys in the case of crystalline and amorphous alloys.Six major problems which require more intensive studies have been indi- cated.From the technical data published so far,it can be seen that the syntherical characteristics and the costs are better than the crystalline and amorp- botts alloys.
