垃圾焚烧过程中氯化氢对氮氧化物生成抑制机理 被引量:1

摘要 分别采用固定床和转式垃圾焚烧炉对广州市机模化有机垃圾进行焚烧实验.研究模化有机垃圾焚烧过程中NOx、HCl的生成特性,探讨氯对NOx生成的影响.研究结果表明,垃圾焚烧产生的HCl对NOx的生成起抑制作用,这是由于焚烧过程所产生的HCl与H、OH和O等自由基结合,从而抑制NCO、N、CN、HCN和NHi等氧化成NOx.同时HCl在其中起催化剂的作用,并且HCl影响NOx的能力随着焚烧温度的变化而变化. The effect of hydrogen chloride on NOx emissions was investigated, using a fix-bed and in a new type of rotary incinerator designed by the research group. It was found that the waste combustion radicals (H/OH/O) play a major role in converting N,CN,HCN,NCO and NHi in the waste to NOx. Thus,the decrease in NOx caused by HC1 is due to the suppression of O, H,and OH radicals. The addition of HC1 to the model wastes reduces the mass concentration of NOx. Temperature has a significant impact on the formation of NOx, when HC1 is added.
