摘要
烷基取代哌啶胺化合物与三聚氯氰分步缩合反应 ,合成了中间体 6-氯 -2 ,4-双 ( 2 ,2 ,6,6-四甲基 -4 -烷基取代哌啶胺 ) -1,3,5 -三嗪 ,此中间体再与烷基多胺如乙二胺、二乙烯三胺等缩合得到一系列单体型高相对分子质量哌啶三嗪类化合物 ;制备了对叔丁基杯 [4]芳烃、高分子受阻胺类化合物和PP共混体系 ,通过老化性能实验评价了共混体系的抗光氧性能。结果表明 ,杯芳烃、受阻胺类复合稳定剂能明显提高PP的耐光氧性能 。
chloro-2,4-di-(2,2,6,6-tertamethy-4-alkylatedpiperidine)-1,3,5-triazine has been synthesized from alkylated piperidineamine and cyanurc chloride by condensation reaction,then condensed with alkylated polyamine such as ethylenediamine,diethylenetriamine,et al,to synthesize a series of monomer-type and high molecular weight piperidine-triazine compounds.The p-tert-butyl-calix[4]arene,high molecular weight hindered amine compound and polypropylene blend was prepared.The photo-oxidative stability was studied by means of xenon arc lamp aging.Experimental results showed that the blend exhibited excellent antiphoto-oxidative performance and synergistic effects between calixarene and hidered amine.
