摘要
目的 :分析正常和肠缺血再灌注大鼠肝脏多基因表达谱的差异。方法 :用 c DNA Microarray技术分析 1176个已知基因在正常和肠缺血再灌注大鼠肝脏表达的变化 ,并找出差异表达基因。结果 :c DNAMicroarray分析数据显示 :肠缺血再灌注大鼠肝脏表达量变化 5倍以上的基因有 111个 ,包括上调基因 6 4个 ,下调基因 4 7个 ;其中一些基因尚未见与缺血再灌注损伤相关研究报道。结论 :肠缺血再灌注能引起肝脏多种结构和功能基因表达变化 ,这种变化可影响全身炎症反应综合征和多器官功能障碍综合征发生和发展过程。
Objective:To investigate the difference of polygenes expression between control and gut ischemiareperfusion rats.Methods:One thousand one hundred and seventysix known genes expression in the liver was investigated by means of the cDNA microarray technology to reveal the differential expression genes between control and gut ischemiareperfusion rats.Results:The analysis data of the cDNA microarray showed that there were 111 genes expression changed over 5 times including 64 genes upregulated and 47 genes downregulated,some of which had not been reported to associated with gut ischemiareperfusion injury. Conclusion: There are many structural and functional genes expression changed in liver of gut ischemia reperfusion rats,which might be involved in the initiation and the development of SIRS and MODS.
