摘要
在0.1mol/L NaClO_4溶液中得到从菠菜叶提取的叶绿素a,b强吸附的伏安还原-氧化峰。讨论了叶绿素中乙烯基和卟吩环电还原的可能性。提出了测定叶绿素的单扫示波极谱法。
The chlorophyll a cr b extracted from the leaves of spinach in aeetone exhibited a strongly adsorptive cyclic voltammogram in 0.1mcl/L NaClO_4 solution. The possibility of electrochemical reduction of vinyl group and pcrphin ring in chlorophyli molecules was discussed. A methed for the determination of chlorophyll has been proposed by using derivative wave of single-sweep voltammetry.
