研究了二步法合成绿色夜光玻璃的工艺及发光性质。首先采用高温固相反应分别合成 Sr Al2 O4 :Eu,Dy夜光粉和 Sr O· B2 O3玻璃粉 ,然后将夜光粉和玻璃粉混合高温熔融成玻璃 ,发现在夜光粉质量百分含量为3 5 %— 4 0 % ,1 1 5 0℃熔融 5— 1 0
The synthesis technical process and spectral properties of the long lasting luminescence glass(LLPG) synthesized by two steps method were studied.At the first,SrAl_2O_4:Eu,Dy(SAOED) long lasting luminescence powder and SrO·B_2O_3(SBO)glass powder were synthesized by the high temperature solid state reaction respectively.Then SBO was mixed with SAOED and blended at appropriate temperature for a few minutes.It was found that the luminescent effect of LLPG is best when the amount of SAOED in the mixtures is about 35%-40% and the blending condition is at 1150℃ for 5-10min.
