摘要
本文应用一种新的高效液相色谱-胶束液相色谱法,在Shim-Pack CLC-ODS(150mm×6.0mm)色谱柱上,用含1.6×10^(-2)mol/L的CTMAB和pH=7.40的三-(羟甲基)-氨基甲烷缓冲液的甲醇/水(5:95)作流动相,对15种稀土元素-二甲盼橙络合物进行分离,取得了较满意的结果。
A new method for the separation and determination of rare earth element reacted with xylenol organe to form a stable complex by micellar liquid chromatography has been developed. At a column (150mm×6.0mm) of shim-pack CLC-ODS with a mobile phase containing 5/95 of methanol/water.In cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(1.6×10^(-2)mol/L) and trihydroxyme-thylaminomethane buffer solution (pH=7.4), Pr, Nd, Dy and Y were separated with a rate of 0.85 ml/min, their minimum detectable quantities were 5.1×10^(-9)g Pr, 4.4×10^(-9)g Nd, 4.0×10^(-9)g Dy and 4.0×10^(-9)g Y, respectively.
