摘要
实施可持续发展战略 ,是人类面临人口过剩、资源相对不足、环境退化等巨大挑战下的唯一正确选择。我国是人口众多、资源相对不足的发展中国家 ,可持续发展战略对我国显得更为紧迫和重要 ,资源环境保护和经济发展的双重压力 ,决定了我们必须摸索一条资源环境保护与经济发展兼顾的具有中国特色的可持续发展之路。资源的可持续发展在可持续发展战略中占有极其重要的地位 。
The only correct choice for us, in face of the great challenges from population explosion, relative shortage of resources, environmental deterioration , and so on, is to implement the strategy for continuous development. China is a developing country with a large population and relative shortage of resources, so, implementing the strategy for continuous development of resources is especially pressing and important. Due to the double pressures from the protection for resource environment and economical development, we have to try to find a continuously developmental method with Chinese characteristics which we can both protect our environment and develop our economy. The continuous development of resources plays an extremely important past in the strategy for continuous development. The author believes that appropriate utilization of the resource strategy is very significant for us both in theory and practice.
