摘要
以葛根素加半夏白术天麻汤治疗颈性眩晕 4 5例 ,为治疗组 ;以西比灵加半夏白术天麻汤治疗 4 2例 ,为对照组。通过两组临床疗效观察 :治疗组显效 2 7例 ,有效 16例 ,无效 2例 ,有效率为 96 .0 % ;对照组显效 8例 ,有效 2 4例 ,无效 10例 ,有效率为 77.0 % ,对比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。
Puerain plus the Decoction of Rhizoma Pinelliae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Rhizoma Gastrodiae was used to treat 45 patients with cervical vertigo; and Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules plus the same decoction used to treat another 42 patients. The former group of patients was termed as treatment group and the latter control group. The clinical observation revealed 27 cases markedly effective, 16 effective, and 2 cases non effective in the treatment group, with an effectiveness rate of 96.0%. The corresponding figures of the control group are 8, 24, 10, and 77.0%. So marked difference exists when the two were compared.
