摘要
证人作证是证明诉讼中待证事实的重要途径 ,建立证人宣誓制度的目的就在于提高证人证言的真实性 ,以确保司法程序的效率和公正。但我国法律对此尚无明文规定 ,因而有待于立法的尽快完善。
The aim to set up the oath taking system is to promote the authenticity of the witness,and to ensure the efficiency and justice of the judicial procedure .However,it is being a blankness in Chinese law,so it is far more beneficial to perfecting the law of evidence.
