摘要
目的 研究血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)基因多态性与血脂及血浆纤维蛋白原 (Fg)之间的相关关系。方法 对 12 6例冠心病、高血压病患者和 6 6例健康对照者分别进行 ACE基因多态性和血脂(包括 CH、TG、HDL - c、L DL - c)、Fg浓度测定 ,分析 ACE基因多态性与血脂及 Fg之间的关系。结果 (1)疾病组 DD基因型频率和 D等位基因频率较正常对照组明显增高 (P<0 .0 1) ;(2 )疾病组 CH、TG、L DL - c、Fg水平明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 HDL - c水平明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。且疾病组中ACE基因 DD型者与 ID、II型者间相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(3) ACE基因多态性与 CH、TG、L DL - c及 Fg浓度间呈显著正相关 (r值分别为 0 .6 71,0 .70 2 ,0 .6 83,0 .6 5 3,P值均 <0 .0 1) ;与 HDL - c浓度间存在显著负相关 (r=- 0 .6 4 8,P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 ACE基因 DD型和 D等位基因与血脂代谢异常及血浆 Fg有关 ,而与 等位基因无关。
Objective To study the relationships of angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) gene polymorphism with plasma lipids and fibrinogen(Fg). Methods ACE gene polymorphism, plasma lipids and Fg contents were simultaneously determined in 126 patients with coronary heart disease and or hypertension and in 66 healthy controls. The relations of ACE gene polymorphism with plasma lipids and Fg were analysed. Results (1) The frequencies of the DD genotype and D allele in disease group were significantly higher than those in control group( P <0 01). (2) CH,TG,LDL c and Fg levels of the disease group were higher than those of the control group( P <0 05), but HDL c level was lower( P <0 05). In the disease group, the CH, TG, LDL c, HDL c and Fg levels in patients of DD genotype were significantly different than those in patients of ID and II genotype( P <0 05). (3) ACE gene polymorphism was significantly positively correlated with plasma CH, TG, LDL c and Fg levels( r =0.671, 0.702, 0.683 and 0.653, all P <0 01), but negatively correlated with HDL c( r =-0.648, P <0 001). Conclusions ACE gene DD genotype and D allele are closely related with plasma lipids metabolism and Fg level, but for Ⅰ allele is not.
