摘要
目的 降低抗溃疡药丙谷胺生产原料成本 ,减少工序。方法 以甲苯为溶剂 ,并将酰化物 (Ⅰ )到丙谷胺 (Ⅲ )的两步反应一锅煮。结果和结论 降低乙酐用量达 75 % ,收率达 4 8.9%。
OBJECTIVE To eptimise the preparation process of the antiulcer drug, proglumide.METHODS Toluene was used as a solvent to decrecose the amaurt of anlydridc in the recution,which is rother epeusive and harmful to morkers.RESULTS AND CONCLVSION The consumption of acetic anhydride was cut 75% off and the yield comes up to 48.9%.
