摘要
简述了水果采后生理、贮藏特性以及国际先进的水果保鲜技术,重点介绍了MAP气调保鲜的特点与意义,并综述了水果保鲜技术中存在的一些问题及今后发展的方向。
This paper described posthewyest physiology ctorage properties of the fruit and advanced posthavvest technology in the world,mainly emphasized on modified atmosphere package.Some common problems emeraged during fruit storage and development in the future were discussed.
