摘要
中国能源资源与负荷中心呈逆向分布特征,跨江输电通道作为能源输送关键载体,长江大跨越工程对导线的机械强度、拉重比、弧垂特性等技术指标提出严苛要求,同时需兼顾工程投资效益与长期运行经济性。针对扬镇交改直这一全球最大交流改直流输电工程,依托原有五峰山大跨越杆塔基础,开展±200 kV三回直流、总输送容量3600 MW的长江大跨越导线选型研究。研究先从材料结构、电气、机械三大核心性能维度,完成导线选型的合格性验算,筛选出8种符合工程技术参数的特高强钢芯铝合金绞线与特高强钢芯耐热铝合金绞线;再构建层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)与熵值法(entropy weight method,EWM)相结合的组合赋权综合评价体系,引入年费用最小法开展经济性分析,同时量化分析导线应力、弧垂、载荷、电能损耗等关键指标。研究最终确定技术可行且经济最优的导线选型方案,为扬镇交改直长江大跨越换线工程提供理论支撑与实践依据,也为国内同类跨江大跨越输电工程的导线选型提供可复制的参考思路,对提升跨江输电通道输送能力、推动电网节能降本具有重要工程价值。
China′s energy resources and load centers are characterized by reverse distribution,and cross-river transmission channels are the key carriers of energy transmission.The Yangtze River large-span projects impose stringent requirements on technical indicators such as wire mechanical strength,tension-weight ratio and sag characteristics,while also taking into account project investment benefits and long-term operational economy.Aiming at the Yangzhen AC-to-DC Conversion Project,the world's largest AC-to-DC transmission project,this paper carries out research on the conductor selection for the Yangtze River large-span with±200kV three-circuit DC and a total transmission capacity of 3600 MW,relying on the original tower foundation of the Wufeng Mountain large-span.First,the research completes the qualification check of conductor selection from three core performance dimensions:material structure,electrical and mechanical properties,and screens out 8 types of ultra-high strength steel core aluminum alloy stranded wires and ultra-high strength steel core heat-resistant aluminum alloy stranded wires that meet the engineering technical parameters.Then,a comprehensive evaluation system with combined weighting of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method(EWM)is constructed,the annual cost minimum method is introduced for economic analysis,and key indicators such as conductor stress,sag,load and power loss are quantitatively analyzed.The research finally determines the technically feasible and economically optimal conductor selection scheme,which provides theoretical support and practical basis for the wire replacement project of the Yangzhen AC-to-DC Conversion Yangtze River large-span,and also provides a replicable reference idea for the conductor selection of similar domestic cross-river large-span transmission projects.It has important engineering value for improving the transmission capacity of cross-river transmission channels and promoting energy conservation and cost reduction of the power grid.
