摘要
目的:探讨中医推拿联合小儿消积止咳口服液在小儿食积咳嗽治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年5月于庆阳市人民医院儿科就诊的92例食积咳嗽患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组46例。在临床规范治疗基础上,对照组给予小儿消积止咳口服液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加中医推拿干预。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.036);治疗后,观察组咳嗽、咳痰、腹胀积分比对照组低(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-23水平比对照组更低(P<0.001);两组患儿治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:中医推拿联合小儿消积止咳口服液治疗小儿食积咳嗽的效果较好,可有效改善患儿临床症状,调节血清炎性因子水平,且安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid in the treatment of children with cough due to indigestion.Methods:A total of 92 children with cough due to indigestion who were visited the Department of Pediatrics at Qingyang People's Hospital between May 2022 and May 2024 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.On the basis of standardized clinical treatment,the control group was treated with Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid,and the observation group was additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine massage intervention on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.036).After treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration and abdominal distension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-4,and interleukin-23 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).No children developed obvious adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid has a good effect in the treatment of children with cough due to indigestion,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,and regulate the levels of serum inflammatory factors,with high safety.
