摘要
为高效保护与修缮泉州市大量亟待维护的闽南古建筑,在既有装配式钢结构体系修缮与保护方案的基础上,将建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的Tekla Structures软件应用在其中。在参数化节点建模、碰撞校核、排版下料和施工组织等环节中,可有效缩短约2/3的建模时间,解决设计错漏碰缺问题,提高材料利用率10%~15%;此外,还可以模拟吊装过程,有效组织和指导施工,从而降低造价、缩短工期、确保工程质量与施工安全,为闽南古建筑的活化与健康发展提供技术支撑。
To efficiently protect and restore the numerous ancient Southern Fujian buildings in Quanzhou City that urgently require maintenance,Tekla structures software,based on building information modeling(BIM)technology,was applied to the existing prefabricated steel structure system restoration and conservation projects.In parametric joint modeling,clash detection,layout and material preparation,and construction planning,the modeling time can be effectively shortened by about 2/3,design errors and omissions can be resolved,and material utilization can be improved by 10%-15%.Furthermore,it enables the simulation of hoisting processes,effectively organizing and guiding construction activities,thereby reducing costs,shortening the construction duration,ensuring project quality and construction safety,and providing technical support for the revitalization and sustainable development of ancient Southern Fujian buildings.
