摘要
生成式人工智能技术的加速迭代推进了全球舆论生态的全新演进路径,国际舆论格局的变化路径与中国国际传播的方向选择成为学界和业界共同关注的时代课题。在此背景下,由中国新闻史学会舆论学专业委员会与山东大学联合主办、山东大学新闻传播学院承办的以“智能传播时代的舆论变革与中国路径”为主题的第四届国际舆论学年会于2025年6月7日在济南举行。此次年会围绕智能技术驱动下的国际舆论生态变革、中国国际传播实践的创新路径与舆论引导力的提升、数字地缘政治中的传播博弈与中国应对、智能传播中的技术哲思与伦理风险以及舆论观念的演化逻辑与群体表达的当代表征等核心议题展开深入研讨,力图为智能传播时代国际舆论研究拓展理论边界、总结中国经验、贡献治理智慧。
The accelerated iteration of generative artificial intelligence technology has driven a new evolutionary path for the global public opinion ecology.The shifting landscape of international public opinion and the strategic direction of China’s international communication have become pressing issues of shared concern among academia and industry.Against this backdrop,the Fourth International Symposium on Public Opinion Studies,themed“Opinion Transformation and China’s Path in the Era of Intelligent Communication,”was grandly held on June 7,2025,in Jinan.The symposium was co-hosted by the Public Opinion Studies Committee of the Chinese Journalism History Association and Shandong University,and organized by the School of Journalism and Communication at Shandong University.This year’s symposium featured in-depth discussions on key topics including:the transformation of international public opinion ecology driven by intelligent technologies;innovative approaches to China’s international communication practices and the enhancement of public opinion guidance;communicative competition and China’s strategic responses in the context of digital geopolitics;philosophical and ethical risks in intelligent communication;and the evolving logic of public opinion concepts and contemporary expressions of group sentiments.The event aimed to expand the theoretical boundaries of international public opinion research in the intelligent communication era,summarize China’s practical experiences,and contribute intellectual resources to global communication governance.
