基于萨氏公式的红透山爆破安全性分析

摘要 针对红透山铜矿深部开采过程中的爆破振动控制问题,开展现场振动监测与萨道夫斯基公式(萨氏公式)回归分析,系统评价爆破振动传播特性及其安全性。监测数据表明,垂直方向振动衰减系数最高,水平切向次之,水平径向最小,各方向相关系数均大于0.7,证实萨氏公式适用于该矿区爆破振动预测。实测最大振速为1.8493 cm/s,低于《爆破安全规程》限值,但深部高地应力环境下振动累积效应可能引发围岩疲劳损伤。研究表明,地质构造对振动能量分布具有显著控制作用。基于分析结果,提出建立长期振动监测体系、优化爆破设计参数、开展围岩动力响应数值模拟等综合控制策略,为深部矿山爆破安全提供理论与技术参考。 Aiming at the problem of blasting vibration control in the deep mining process of Hongtoushan Copper Mine,this paper carries out on-site vibration monitoring and Sadowski formula regression analysis to systematically evaluate the blasting vibration propagation characteristics and its safety.The monitoring data show that the attenuation coefficient of vibration in vertical direction is the highest,followed by horizontal tangential direction,and horizontal radial direction is the smallest,and the correlation coefficients in all directions are greater than 0.7,which proves that Sachs formula is suitable for blasting vibration prediction in this mining area.The measured maximum vibration velocity is 1.8493 cm/s,which is lower than the limit of Blasting Safety Regulations.However,the cumulative effect of vibration in deep and high ground stress environment may cause fatigue damage of surrounding rock.The research shows that geological structure has a significant control effect on vibration energy distribution.Based on the analysis results,comprehensive control strategies such as establishing long-term vibration monitoring system,optimizing blasting design parameters and carrying out numerical simulation of surrounding rock dynamic response are put forward,which provide theoretical and technical reference for deep mine blasting safety.
