摘要
本文针对传统制造业面临的设计效率低、协同难、培训风险大等痛点,提出了“VR+制造”全生命周期解决方案。基于“数据驱动、虚实融合”理念,构建了涵盖软件层、硬件层与应用层的技术架构,依托0代码VR开发平台、服务云平台等核心模块,实现产品从设计、生产到运维、营销的全流程数字化覆盖。实践表明,该方案可降低设计错误率50%,提升跨部门协同效率42%,缩短研发周期33%,培训合格率提高40%,为制造业数字化转型提供关键技术路径。
This article proposes a"VR+Manufacturing"full lifecycle solution to address the pain points of low design efficiency,difficult collaboration,and high training risks faced by traditional manufacturing industries.Based on the concept of"data-driven,virtual real integration",a technical architecture covering software,hardware,and application layers is constructed,relying on core modules such as 0-code VR development platform and service cloud platform to achieve full process digital coverage of product design,production,operation and marketing.Practice has shown that this solution can reduce design trial and error costs by 60%,improve cross departmental collaboration efficiency by 50%,shorten R&D cycles by 30%,increase training qualification rates by 40%,and provide a key technological path for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.
