摘要 GIS设备为输变电系统核心装备,壳体材料机械强度决定其运行安全性。设备全周期使用中壳体强度问题易滋生安全隐患,本文剖析材料性能差异与强度不足故障成因,经多载荷试验厘清材料强度与设备安全的内在关联。 GIS equipment serves as the core component of the power transmission and transformation system,with the mechanical strength of its housing material determining operational safety.During the entire lifecycle of the equipment,issues with housing strength can easily lead to safety hazards.This paper analyzes the causes of material performance discrepancies and insufficient strength failures,clarifying the intrinsic relationship between material strength and equipment safety through multi-load testing.
