On February 3, 2026, the CNPC Economics & Technology Research Institute, a national high-end think tank, released the 2025 Domestic and International Oil and Gas Industry Development Report and the Global Energy Security Report(2025) in Beijing.At the outset of the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, the press conference presented the core viewpoints of the report from multiple dimensions, including the development trends of the energy and oil and gas industry, global energy security governance, domestic and international oil and gas markets, and the development dynamics of domestic and foreign oil companies.
