摘要
医学免疫学实验课是衔接医学免疫学理论知识与临床实践、培养学生实践操作能力及科研思维的核心载体。在传统教学实践中,“理论与实践操作脱节”、“学生学习主动性不足”、“高阶能力培养薄弱”等问题较为突出,本文以金课建设“高阶性、创新性、挑战度”的“两性一度”标准为核心,结合“随机分组与绩点分层”帮扶机制,构建“课前线上预习—课中线下实践操作—课后反馈优化”的闭环混合式教学模式,通过“对流免疫电泳实验”教学案例实践验证,学生操作技能、自学能力及科研思维得到显著提升,为医学免疫学实验类课程的教学改革提供参考。
The experimental course of Medical Immunology serves as a core vehicle for connecting theoretical knowledge of medical immunology with clinical practice,fostering students'practical operational capabilities,and nurturing their scientific research thinking.In traditional teaching models,prominent issues such as the disconnection between theory and practical operation,insufficient learning initiative among students,and weak cultivation of high-order competencies have become increasingly apparent.Guided by the"Double High-Quality and One Challenge"standards(high-order nature,innovativeness,and challenge level)for constructing first-class courses,this study integrates a supportive mechanism of"random grouping combined with grade-point stratification"to establish a closed-loop blended teaching model consisting of"pre-class online preview,in-class offline practical operation,and post-class feedback optimization."Practical verification through the teaching case of"Counterimmunoelectrophoresis Experiment"demonstrated that students'operational skills,self-directed learning abilities,and scientific research thinking were significantly improved.This study provides valuable references for the teaching reform of experimental courses in medical immunology.
