摘要 Plant-Based functional foods have been getting more and more attention in recent years thanks to their assessed qualities and nonepisodic activities that support illness preventive measures.Natural or unprocessed plant foods are further modified through biotechnology processes to enhance their functional properties(Davies&Deroles,2014;Jridi&Elfalleh,2021).
