摘要
在信息技术迅猛发展的背景下,档案信息化成为推动档案事业现代化的重要路径。本文基于科技赋能视角,运用文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法,系统梳理档案信息化技术演进,剖析人工智能、云计算、大数据等技术在信息安全中的应用机制,并针对档案信息安全面临的主要风险,提出“数字中国”背景下档案信息化建设与安全保障体系,旨在形成可复制、可推广的高校档案信息化发展路径。
Against the backdrop of rapid development of information technology,archive informatization has become an important path to promote the modernization of the archive industry.This article is based on the perspective of technology empowerment,using a combination of literature analysis and case studies to systematically review the evolution of archive information technology,analyze the application mechanisms of technologies such as artificial intelligence,cloud computing,and big data in information security,and propose an archive information construction and security guarantee system under the background of"Digital China",aiming to build a replicable and promotable development path for university archive information technology.
