摘要
从福建企业家提出“松绑放权”呼吁信到习近平总书记重要回信的历史脉络来看,“松绑放权”对当前福建民营企业高质量发展仍具有重要现实意义。本文结合“松绑放权”相关理论,阐释其在优化政策环境、推动创新驱动发展战略、合理化市场准入与公平竞争体系以及培育企业家精神方面的作用机理。并进一步提出深化“松绑放权”改革的政策建议,以期为福建民营企业高质量发展提供有益参考。
From the historical context of Fujian entrepreneurs’letter calling for“unbinding and delegating power”to the important reply letter from President Xi Jinping,“unbinding and delegating power”still holds significant practical relevance for the high quality development of Fujian’s private enterprises today.Based on relevant theories of“unbinding and delegating power,”this paper explains its mechanism in optimizing the policy environment,promoting an innovation-driven development strategy,rationalizing market access and fair competition systems,and fostering entrepreneurial spirit.Furthermore,proposes policy recommendations to deepen the reform of“unbinding and delegating power,”aiming to provide useful insights for the high quality development of Fujian’s private enterprises.
