摘要
目的:探讨捆绑护理方案联合ORTCC模型对高血压脑出血手术患者的影响效果。方法:选取2023年6月—2024年12月于莆田学院附属医院手术的92例高血压脑出血患者为观察样本,以随机数表法分组,每组各46例。对照组依据常规式高血压脑出血手术护理模式给予护理支持,试验组接受捆绑护理联合ORTCC模式干预。比较两组干预后的各项观察指标变化。结果:干预后,试验组心理压力评分低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分,生活能力采纳Barthel指数(BI)评分、卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分高于对照组,并发症率低于对照组,上述差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:面向高血压脑出血手术患者实施捆绑护理方案联合ORTCC模型,可降低患者心理压力,提升患者运动功能与生活能力,减低患者并发症率,改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To observe the effect of bundled nursing plan combined with ORTCC model on patients undergoing surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 92 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from June 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research samples.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.The control group received nursing support according to the conventional hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgical nursing model.The experimental group received bundled nursing combined with ORTCC intervention.The observation indicators of the two groups after intervention were compared.Result:The psychological stress score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,while the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score for motor function,Barthel Index(BI)score for activities of daily living,and Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)score were higher than those of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing a bundled nursing program combined with the ORTCC model for patients undergoing hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery can reduce their psychological stress,improve their motor function and life ability,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their quality of life.
