桩基竖向抗压承载力和桩身完整性检测方法研究

摘要 桩基在我国建筑工程中应用广泛,其检测方式关系着工程质量管控。针对不同类型桩基,在竖向抗压承载力与桩身完整性检测中如何选取适宜的检测方法,具有重要的研究价值。文章通过解析7种检测方法的原理及适用范围发现:竖向抗压承载力检测时,单桩竖向抗压静载法精度最高但受实施条件限制,自平衡法适用于静载试验难以开展的桩基但丧失抽样随机性,高应变法经济性突出但准确性低于静载法;桩身完整性检测中,低应变法需结合验证手段使用,高应变法适用于承载力与完整性同步检测,声波透射法对灌注桩缺陷识别更优但存在盲区,钻芯法与孔内摄像法通过实体证据成为缺陷判定的最终依据。研究表明,检测方案制定应明确承载力或完整性的主次需求,必要时通过多种方法组合实现检测精度与经济性的平衡。 Pile foundations are widely utilized in China’s construction projects,and their detection methods are closely related with the engineering quality control.For different types of pile foundations,how to select the suitable methods for the detection of vertical compressive bearing capacity and integrity of the piles has important research value.Through the analysis on the principles and applicable scope for seven detection methods,it is found that for the detection of the vertical compressive bearing capacity,the single-pile static load method has the highest precision,but is constrained by the implementation conditions,while the self-balanced method is suitable for the pile foundations that cannot use the static load test,but its sampling is not random.High-strain dynamic testing(HSDT)offers cost efficiency with reduced accuracy compared to SLT.For integrity detection of the pile,low-strain testing requires supplementary verification,HSDT enables simultaneous detection of both capacity and integrity,and sonic logging method is better in identifying the defects of cast-in-situ piles,but has blind zones.The core drilling/internal videography provide definitive defect verification through physical evidence.The research concludes that the detection schemes should prioritize bearing capacity or integrity,and achieve the balance between detection precision and economy by using multiple methods when necessary.
