摘要
为明确我国土壤处理用杀虫杀菌剂的登记现状及用量特征,给农药科学减施提供依据,基于中国农药信息网数据,对我国土壤处理用杀虫杀菌剂的登记信息进行系统查询,并从农药剂型、作物及靶标等方面对推荐用量进行统计分析。目前登记的土壤处理剂中,除氰氨化钙、棉隆等熏蒸剂用量显著较高外,五氯硝基苯、三乙膦酸铝、毒死蜱等非熏蒸类有效成分也存在用量差异大及离群高值点多的问题。从登记规律看,颗粒剂是主要剂型且离群值问题突出;烟草和花生分别为用量最高和范围最大的作物;蛴螬是推荐用量最高的防治靶标。特别是“毒死蜱-花生-蛴螬”等特定组合的推荐用量极差显著,反映出不同剂型与厂家间登记标准的参差。针对上述高用量及离群值现象,建议在最低有效剂量研究的基础上,结合国家对颗粒剂管理的最新要求,重点关注并清理推荐用量异常高的老旧产品;同时,加强对同类产品推荐剂量的规范化审查,优先推广高效、低风险及环保剂型。
This study aims to investigate the registration status and dosage characteristics of insecticides and fungicides for soil treatment in China,and provide a scientific basis for pesticide reduction.Based on data from China Pesticide Information Network,the registration information was queried,and the recommended dosages were statistically analyzed with respect to pesticide formulations,crops,and targets.Among the currently registered soil treatment agents,excluding soil fumigants including calcium cyanamide and dazomet,which have significantly higher dosages,active ingredients such as quintozene,fosetyl-aluminium,and chlorpyrifos exhibit significant dosage variations and numerous abnormal high-value outliers.From the registration patterns,granules are identified as the dominant formulation but showed prominent issues with high-dosage outliers.Tobacco and peanut have the highest dosage and widest dosage range,respectively,while grub is the target requiring the highest recommended dosage.Notably,combinations like'chlorpyrifos-peanut-grub'demonstrate extreme dosage disparities,indicating inconsistent standards across manufacturers.In response to the aforementioned high usage and outlier phenomena,it is recommended to re-evaluate and reduce registrations of pesticides with abnormally high dosages based on minimum effective dose studies and recent regulations on granule management.Meanwhile,strengthen the standardized review of recommended dosages for similar products,and prioritize the promotion of highly efficient,low-risk,and environmentally friendly formulations.
