摘要
目的探讨中医情志护理联合改良加压冰敷套在踝关节骨折后患者术前护理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年12月1日至2024年12月31日于本院就诊的60例踝关节骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规术前护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合中医情志护理与加压冰敷套干预。观察两组患者入院时、干预后24 h、48 h和72 h的患肢疼痛及肿胀程度,比较两组干预后的睡眠质量、心理状态及术前等待时间。结果干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患肢肿胀程度及疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术前等待时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理联合改良加压冰敷套应用于踝关节骨折患者术前,可有效改善患者心理状态与睡眠质量,减轻患肢肿胀及疼痛,缩短术前等待时间,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emotional regulation nursing combined with a modified compression cryotherapy device in the preoperative care of patients with ankle fractures.Methods A total of 60 ankle fracture patients admitted to our hospital from December 1,2023,to December 31,2024,were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conventional preoperative care,while the observation group received a combined intervention of TCM emotional regulation nursing and the compression cryotherapy device in addition to conventional care.The degree of pain and swelling in the affected limb was observed in both groups at admission,and at 24 h,48 h,and 72 h after intervention.Post—intervention sleep quality,psychological state,and preoperative waiting time were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,scores on the Self—Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self—Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality score was also significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Furthermore,swelling and pain scores for the affected limb were significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The preoperative waiting time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM emotional regulation nursing combined with a modified compression cryotherapy device preoperatively in patients with ankle fractures can effectively improve patients'psychological state and sleep quality,reduce swelling and pain in the affected limb,and shorten preoperative waiting time,demonstrating high clinical value for broader application.
