摆线齿锥齿轮四轴展成切齿仿真研究

摘要 为了降低试切成本,便于指导机床开发,基于VERICUT软件针对摆线齿锥齿轮开展了切齿仿真研究。开发了四轴联动铣齿机模型,分析了机床运动及切齿过程,借助VERICUT软件建立了运动等效机床模型。分析了刀盘结构并建立了刀盘数学模型,基于UG软件采用参数化设计建立了与实际刀盘结构一致的刀盘三维模型。基于刀盘、齿坯、摇台之间的运动关系,开发了数控加工程序。在此基础上建立了摆线齿锥齿轮四轴展成加工基本数学模型,采用齿面网格划分方法,求解出理论数值齿面。最后以17/28齿轮副为例针对左旋大轮进行了VERICUT切齿仿真和切齿实验,结果表明,仿真加工齿面与理论齿面一致,实际加工齿轮齿面误差满足精度要求,进而验证了VERICUT切齿仿真方法的正确性与可行性。 In order to reduce the cost of trial cutting and facilitate the development of machine tools,the cutting simulation of cycloid bevel gears was studied based on VERICUT software.The model of four axis linkage of gear milling machine was developed,the machine tool motion and cutting process were analyzed,and the motion equivalent machine model was established by VERICUT software.The structure of cutter head was analyzed and the mathematical model of cutter head was established,and the three dimensional model of cutter head consisting with the actual cutter head structure was established by parametric design by UG software.Based on the motion relationship among the cutter head,gear blank and cradle,the NC machining program was developed.On this basis,the basic generating mathematical model for four axis cutting of cycloid bevel gears was established,and the theoretical numerical tooth surface was solved by grid dividing on the tooth surface.Finally taking the 17/28 gear pair as an example,the VERICUT gear cutting simulation and cutting experiment were carried out for the left hand gear.The results show that the simulated tooth surface is consistent with the theoretical tooth surface,and the actual tooth surface errors meet the accuracy requirements,therefore the correctness and feasibility of VERICUT gear cutting simulation method are verified.
