CoTCPP MOF/CNT/TiO_(2)复合催化剂的制备及其光降解对硝基苯酚的性能研究

摘要 利用溶剂热法制备了四羧基苯基钴卟啉有机框架材料(CoTCPP MOF),用不同质量配比的钴卟啉MOF、TiO_(2)和多壁碳纳米管为原料,通过回流反应得到6种新型复合催化剂,采用红外光谱、紫外光谱、X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜对合成的产物进行表征,并研究了其对硝基苯酚(4-NP)溶液的光催化降解性能。结果表明,5 mg 2%(质量分数)CoTCPP MOF/CNT/TiO_(2)催化剂加入到40 mL对硝基苯酚溶液在氙灯照射下降解4-NP的性能最好,5 h降解效率可达90%以上。 Tetracarboxyphenylcobalt porphyrin metal-organic framework(CoTCPP MOF)was synthesized via a solvothermal method,and six different composite catalysts were obtained by refluxing with different mass ratios of cobalt porphyrin MOF,TiO_(2),and multi-walled carbon nanotubes,and infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet spectroscopy,and XRD,field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)to characterize the synthesized products and their photodegradation performance on p-nitrophenol(4-NP)solution will be investigated.The results showed that 5 mg of 2%(mass fraction)CoTCPP MOF/CNT/TiO_(2) catalysts added to 40 mL of p-nitrophenol solution under Xenon lamp irradiation showed the best performance in the degradation of 4-NP,with a degradation efficiency of up to 90%and above within 5 h.
