摘要
目的探讨信息化护理服务对出院癌痛患者自我效能以及生活质量的影响。方法选取2023年5月~10月在郑州大学第一附属医院已实施癌痛规范化治疗的出院癌痛患者210例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为试验组105例和对照组105例。试验组采取癌痛信息化服务方式进行管理,对照组予以常规方式进行管理。比较两组干预前后的自我效能评分、癌症患者生命质量评分。结果进行癌痛信息化管理干预之后,试验组的自我效能以及生活质量各项得分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化护理服务对提高癌痛出院患者的自我效能以及生活质量具有一定的现实意义,能促进患者早日回归社会,为未来信息化医疗卫生行业的发展提供大力的支持。
Objective To explore the influence of information-based nursing services on the self-efficacy and quality of life of discharged cancer pain patients.Methods A total of 210 discharged patients with cancer pain who had received standardized treatment for cancer pain at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number table method,with 105 cases in each group.The experimental group was managed with an information-based service model for cancer pain,while the control group received conventional managemnent.The self-efficacy scores and quality of life scores of cancer patients before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention of information-based management of cancer pain,the scores of self-efficacy and quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Information-based nursing services have certain practical significance in enhancing the self-efficacy and quality of life of discharged cancer patients with pain.They can promote patients'early return to society and provide strong support for the future development of the information-based medical and health industry.
