摘要
在数字化、平台化与智能化深度重塑新闻生态的背景下,新闻活动本身已经被数智技术所改变,新闻学研究也越来越重视技术与新闻的关系,开拓了新闻学的科学技术研究范式。研究从“基础设施视角”出发,指出支撑数字新闻活动的底层技术是多维的基础设施体系。基于基础设施所具有的物质性、社会性与政治性特征,研究提出数字时代新闻活动的“三维基础设施”框架:其一是技术维度,强调新闻活动嵌入不断演化的软硬件系统中,新闻流程由界面机制、后台程序与算法环境共同塑造;其二是网络维度,意味着新闻机构对平台基础设施的深度依赖,由此带来可见性分配、信息流动与机构自主性的结构性制约;其三是人的维度,即新闻从业者是维持新闻活动的“认知基础设施”,在解释性判断、协作性劳动与修补性实践方面人类行动者具有不可替代的作用。本研究为数字时代新闻业的变迁提供了基础设施视角的解释,可以丰富关于新闻与技术关系的讨论。
As digitalization,platformization,and intelligent technologies profoundly reshape the news ecology,journalism activity has been transformed by socio-technical systems.Correspondingly,journalism studies have increasingly turned toward science and technology inquiry,foregrounding the constitutive rela-tionship between technological systems and news practices.This study adopts an infrastructure perspective to argue that the technical foundations underpinning digital journalism form a multidimensional infrastructural system.Drawing on the material,social,and political characteristics of infrastructure,the paper proposes a three-dimensional framework for understanding journalism activity in the digital age.The technical dimension highlights digital journalism embedded within evolving assemblages of software and hardware,with inter-faces,backend systems,and algorithmic environments jointly shaping newsroom processes.The network di-mension captures news organizations'deep dependence on platform infrastructures,which generates structur-al constraints on visibility allocation,information flows,and organizational autonomy.The human dimension conceptualizes news practitioners as forms of cognitive infrastructure,whose interpretive judgment,collabora-tive labor,and repair work remain indispensable to sustaining news production.Together,this framework provides an infrastructural explanation of transformations in contemporary journalism and enriches ongoing debates on the relationship between news and technology.
