摘要
通过在双铝法合成工艺中引入含磷化合物制备不同磷含量的拟薄水铝石。结构测试结果表明,磷的掺入不改变拟薄水铝石的晶体结构,但磷含量过高会降低拟薄水铝石的结晶度。此外,合适的磷含量可提高微球形载体的比表面积和孔体积。活性测试结果表明,当微球形钯催化剂中引入的磷质量分数为0.46%时,催化剂的活性可提高3.60 g/L。反应体系中的水含量会影响含磷微球形钯催化剂的活性,随着水含量的增加,催化剂的活性先升高后降低,小粒径的催化剂受体系中水含量的影响最大。
The pseudo-boehmites with different phosphorus contents were prepared by incorporating phosphorus-containing compounds into the double aluminum synthesis process.The structural testing results showed that the incorporation of phosphorus did not alter the crystal structure of pseudo-boehmite,but excess phosphorus could reduce the crystallinity of pseudo-boehmite.In addition,an appropriate phosphorus content could improve the specific surface area and pore volume of the microspherical carrier.The activity testing results showed that when the mass fraction of phosphorus introduced into the microspherical palladium catalyst was 0.46%,the activity of the catalyst could be increased by 3.60 g/L.The water content in the reaction system could affect the activity of phosphorus-containing microspherical palladium catalyst.With the increasing of water content,the activity of the catalyst firstly increased and then decreased,and the catalysts with small particle size were most significantly affected by the water content in the system.
