摘要
在“双碳”战略背景下,高校档案馆承担低碳发展职责。首先,作者辨析了数字档案馆、智慧档案馆、绿色档案馆、(近)零碳档案馆的概念,并分析了四者的联系和区别;进而通过分析高校档案馆的碳排放源组成,找出了“脱碳”的重点难点;最后针对(近)零碳高校档案馆的构建,从技术改造、管理提升、人才保障及服务多元化四个角度提出实施策略。
In the context of the"Dual Carbon"strategy,university archives bear the responsibility of low-carbon development.This paper begins from clarifying the concepts of digital archives,smart archives,green archives,and(near)zero-carbon archives,and analyzes their interconnections and distinctions.It then analyzes the carbon emission sources of university archives and identifies the key challenges of decarbonization.Finally,it proposes implementation strategies for building(nearly)zero-carbon university archives from four perspectives:technological transformation,management enhancement,talent development,and service diversification.
