摘要
为适应中国马拉松运动的本土化特征,本研究基于马拉松参赛动机量表(MOMS),通过问卷调查和访谈修订并验证了中国跑者参赛动机量表(RC-MOMS)。量表包含心理调节、体重控制、健康动机、外部认可、社交动机、生命意义、功利动机与体验动机8个因子共41个题项,信效度良好(x/df=1.152,RMSEA=0.025)。基于自我决定理论,动机可整合为满足自主、胜任与关系需求。研究据此为赛事服务的文化体验、健康支持与社群互动优化提供了理论依据与实践建议。
To adapt to the localized characteristics of marathon running in China,this study revised and validated a motivation scale for Chinese runners(RC-MOMS)based on the Motivation of Marathoners Scales(MOMS)through questionnaire surveys and interviews.The scale consists of 41 items across eight factors:Psychological Coping,Weight Control,Health Motivation,External Recognition,Social Motivation,Life Meaning,Utilitarian Motivation,and Experience Motivation,demonstrating good reliability and validity(x/df=1.152,RMSEA=0.025).Based on Self-Determination Theory,these motivations can be integrated into autonomy,competence,and relatedness needs.Accordingly,the study provides theoretical foundation and practical suggestions for optimizing event services in cultural experience,health support,and community interaction.
